Hi! I'm Cyndi, co-founder of Hyggelight | The Growing Candle in Toledo, Ohio. Since the day we met, we’ve been eagerly searching for a sustainable business venture that allows us to spend more time with our family and share products of comfort and value. 

Hygge (hoo-gah) is the Danish concept of finding the special moments in everyday living - spending quality time with people, enjoying the outdoors, and creating an atmosphere of coziness. The Growing Candle does just that; we start with plastic-free packaging and 100% soy, naturally-fragranced candles that leave consumers with a repurposed pot of cheerful wildflowers and zero waste to discard.

We believe taking care of our planet should be a part of life, not a hobby. Our goal is to use our hygge-like values to inspire people to slow down, be present, and be an active participant in our world, not a bystander. We hope you enjoy our candles as much as we enjoy making them for you!

Return Policy

We’re happy when you’re happy, and we proudly stand behind our products! Should you find you are less than satisfied with your order, shoot an email over to: myorder@thegrowingcandle.com within (30) days of delivery and we will make it right! Return labels will be paid by Hyggelight. The original shipping charge (if applicable) is non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Is a different style or fragrance calling your name? We can easily exchange your new and unused order within (30) days of delivery for any other product/fragrance (equal value) of your choosing!

Please indicate the reason for the exchange in an email to myorder@thegrowingcandle.com with your original order number and the fragrance you would like. No shipping fees will be collected.
